ANALYSIS OF IDIOMS AND PHRASEOLOGICAL UNITS FROM A PRAGMATIC ASPECT

In this article, the author presents the results of empirical research on the use of words and phrases used in active communication in a foreign language, especially in English, in a pragmatic situation and their difference in pragmatic meaning. It examines the scope of their direct influence on translation processes.
