Abstract

Ma'lumki, moxov (Hansen kasalligi) surunkali granulomatoz bakterial infeksiya bo'lib, asosan teri va periferik asab tizimini ta'sir qiladi, ammo patologik jarayonda boshqa organlar va tizimlar ham ishtirok etadi. Moxov qo‘zg‘atuvchisi Mycobacterium leprae majburiy hujayra ichidagi mikroorganizmdir.

Moxov epidemiyasi xavfi bartaraf etilganiga qaramay, Evropa mamlakatlarida, asosan, endemik o'choqlardan kelgan migrantlar orasida kasallikning avj olishi davom etmoqda. Moxovni davolashning "oltin standarti" JSST tomonidan tavsiya etilgan, dapson, klofazimin va rifampitsin kabi dorilarni o'z ichiga olgan kombinatsiyalangan dori terapiyasi hisoblanadi. Ushbu maqolada muallif ushbu dorilarning ta'sir qilish mexanizmlari, samaradorligi va xavfsizligi va ularning kombinaciyalangan sxemasi bo'yicha klinik sinovlarda olingan joriy ma'lumotlarni taqdim etadi. Shuningdek, moxov uchun dori terapiyasining yangi usullari, jumladan, ftorxinolonlar guruhidan dori vositalarini qo'llash, shuningdek, kasallik uchun immunoterapiya ko'rib chiqildi.
