SOTUVDAGI SABZAVOT VA MEVALARDAGI PESTIDSIDLAR QOLDIQLARI VA ULARNI ISTEMOL QILISHDAGI XAVFSIZLIK TALABLARI.

Abstract

bugungi kunda pestidsidlardan foydalanish qishloq xo`jaligi maxsulotlari ishlab chiqarishning keskin ortishiga olib keldi, lekin ular haddan tashqari ko`p ishlatish inson salomatligiga zararli tasir ko`rsatishi aniqlandi. Bu maxsulotlarni istemol qilishda, ularning tarkibidagi pestidsidlarga qo`yilgan talablarni aniqlab olish kerak. Ushbu tadqiqotda O`zbekiston Respublikasidagi Samarqand Siyob bozoridan yig`ilgan sabzavot va mevalardagi pestidsidlarning darajasi GC-MS/MS yordamida tekshirildi. Tekshirilgan sabzavot va meva namunalarida jami 9 xil pestidsidlar aniqlangan. Bodring va olma namunalarida pestidsidlar miqdori ko`p ekanligi aniqlandi. Savzavotlarda o`rtacha pestitsid miqdor darajalari 10-685 mkg/kg va mevalarda 15-761mkg/kg. Mevalarda aniqlangan pestitsidlar miqdori meyoridan oshib ketganligi aniqlandi. Olma, pomidordagi fipronil, profenofos, chlorpirifos natijalari 300-350gr/kundan iste`mol qilinganda inson salomatligiga o`tkir yoki surunkali xavf tug`dirishi mumkin. Shu sababli, oziq-ovqat xavfsizligi uchun sotuvdagi meva va sabzavotlarni tarkibida pestitsidlar qoldiqlari doimiy ravishda tekshirib turish kerak.
