Qalqonsimon bez bizning tanamizning eng muhim organlaridan biridir. Adabiyotlarning tahlili tuxumdonlarda ekstragenital kasalliklar bevosita ta’sir etishini xamda ularning postnatal ontogenezda o‘zgarishlarga uchrashi haqida ma’lumotlar keltirilgan, lekin ekstragenital kasalliklar xususan qandli diabet va gipoterioz holatida tuxumdonlarning venoz qon tomir tizimi to‘liq bayon etilmagan. Shu sababdan ushbu ilmiy tadqiqotlarni amalga oshirish zarurligini taqozo etadi.
